Leann began her career in construction in 1987 as an assistant to a Commercial General Contractor at an Architectural firm in Jacksonville, Florida. Her passion for construction began the very first day. In 2005 she earned her State Certified Building Contractors License and in 2007, she formed Dream Design & Construction, Inc., currently dba DDI Southeast.
With over 30 years of experience in construction contracting, design and many phases of construction, her wide range of knowledge and experience continues to drive her passion to deliver the best project and the best client experiences. DDI Southeast is an SBA 8(a) Certified, WOSB, EDWOSB, specializing in general construction, HVAC and electrical, that designs, builds and maintains assets for government contracting with federal agencies.

Operations Manager
John “Rusty” Davis, II

As DDI’s Operations Manager, John is responsible for overseeing and directing construction projects and implementing policies and strategies to improve productivity while maintaining a safe working environment. John works closely with our project managers and estimators to source, negotiate, and procure Department of Defense contracts on behalf of DDI. In the last 30-years John has successfully completed many design-build projects in the Mechanical, Plumbing, Masonry, Roofing, and Steel Erection trades. Prior to joining DDI, John owned and operated a successful masonry business specializing in masonry & concrete construction in high velocity wind zone areas along Florida’s coastlines. As a Veteran and resident of northeast Florida, Johns professional education started with his AA from SJRCC then transferring to Liberty University for his BBA while serving as an Army Aviator.

Morgan is an experienced manager with extensive office and HR experience, with a focus on organizational efficiency and effectiveness. She is responsible for all of the company’s financial functions including accounting, audit, treasury and corporate finance. She also oversees and manages all human resources and facility activities. Her career spans more than 10 years of varied experience in financial management, business leadership and corporate strategy.
