DDI Southeast was founded in 2007 as a general construction firm. Over the past 15 years, we have steadily expanded our offerings and scope of work, adding HVAC, electrical and roofing in order to meet client needs. Currently, DDI Southeast operates as a fully-insured and bonded contractor with completed and ongoing contracts for multiple federal, state, and local agencies.

We are a multi-level experienced team with resources in all phases of the construction field. Our team has the technical knowledge and broad market experience to deliver specialized services across the entire project life cycle.

Our company has past performance working with federal agencies, and we understand the unique challenges and requirements involved in government contracting. We specialize in providing a wide range of services, including IDIQ contracts, consulting, design-build, joint scoping, project management, and more.
