Our safety culture starts with the DDI Southeast leadership and is executed by our qualified Safety Officers. Our safety team is experienced, well-trained and equipped with the resources to effectively administer all safety procedures.
Project Managers and Superintendents play a crucial role in the advancement of our safety procedures. Field supervisory personnel set the tone for safety at job sites and understand their critical role in delivering safety messages to each worker. Field employees communicate safety concerns and lend their experience to daily safety plan procedures.
